After the 2022 national elections, the local government of Quezon City together with Spark! Philippines launched the VOTE TO TOTE PROGRAM.  This program repurposes all campaign tarpauline to tote bags.

The program was created to benefit the Persons Deprived of Liberty of the QC Jail Female Dormitory and to provide them livelihood.  The beneficiaries were taught the skills to convert the used tarpaulines such as sewing and marketing.
