  1. Click: QC ID eApplication.
  1. A step-by-step instruction will be shown for your guidance.
  1. A notification will be sent upon approval of your application.  Should your application be rejected, applicant will be informed of the reason for rejection. Simply re-apply and submit corrected data/documents.


  1. Strictly one QC eServices Account for one email address used
  2. If applying for other family members, make sure to use a different email address and different QC eServices account.
  3. Disclose the correct and active contact numbers as you may receive notifications via your contact number.
