Online Requirements:
- Copy, paste, and fill out the following information for online application:
- APPLICATION REQUEST: TAX CLEARANCE
- Name of applicant
- Email address of the applicant
- Name of real property owner
- Address
- Contact number
- Tax Year
- Latest Tax Declaration (scanned file or photo)
- Latest Official Receipt of Real Property Tax (scanned file or photo)
- Special Power of Attorney, Secretary Certificate (if company, corporation, or if not declared as the real property owner)
- For owner:
- 1 government issued ID
- If the owner is overseas, a Special Power of Attorney is required
- If the property has been bought but the Tax Declaration is declared under the previous owner:
- Deed of Sale
- Photocopy of 1 government-issued ID of the buyer
- If the owner is deceased:
- Extrajudicial settlement
- Photocopy of 1 government-issued ID of the requesting party
- If available, photocopy or duplicate copy of the previous Tax Clearance
- For owner:
Online Application:
- Fill out the online application form and submit it, along with the scanned images of all required documents, to the email address: realestate.cto@quezoncity.gov.ph.
- Accept the Order of Payment and pay the required amount.
- Send proof of payment (scanned file or photo) along with the Order of Payment to misctaxpayment.cto@quezoncity.gov.ph and cc: realestate.cto@quezoncity.gov.ph.
- Receive the confirmation email and claim stub with the specified date.
- Print the confirmation email and claim stub.
- Proceed to the 2nd Floor, Real Estate Division, Tax Clearance Section of the City Treasurer’s Office.
- Present the printed copy of the confirmation email with the claim stub, a photocopy of the owner’s ID, a photocopy of the authorized representative’s ID, and a Special Power of Attorney or Authorization letter on the specified release date.
Manual/ Onsite Requirements:
- Real Property Tax Clearance Unified Application Form
- Photocopy of the latest official receipt of Real Property Tax
- Photocopy of the Updated Tax Declaration
- Special Power of Attorney, Secretary Certificate (if company, corporation, or if not declared as the real property owner)
- For owner:
- Photocopy of 1 government-issued ID
- If the owner is overseas, a Special Power of Attorney is required
- If the property has been bought but the Tax Declaration is declared under the previous owner:
- Deed of Sale
- Photocopy of 1 government-issued ID of the buyer
- If the owner is deceased:
- Extrajudicial settlement
- Photocopy of 1 government-issued ID of the requesting party
- If available, photocopy or duplicate copy of the previous Tax Clearance
- For owner:
Manual/ Onsite Application:
- Submit the accomplished Real Property Tax Clearance Unified Application Form and other documentary requirements at the 2nd Floor, Real Estate Division, Tax Clearance Section of the City Treasurer’s Office.
- Accept the Order of Payment and settle the required amount.
- Receive the claim stub and return on the specified releasing date.
- On the day of release, proceed to the releasing counter and present the claim stub.
Note: Three working days after payment, the taxpayer will receive an acknowledgment email from the Miscellaneous Section. For 10 or more Tax Clearance applications, apply in-person or directly to the Tax Clearance Office.
