CITY TREASURER’S OFFICE

Filing a renewal application is required one (1) year from the issuance date of your permit.

REQUIREMENTS:

  1. Official Receipt (machine validated) issued on the current year, from the City Treasurer’s Office
  2. Barangay Business Clearance (if already secured)
  3. Previous Business Permit
  4. Authorization Form (for application that will be processed by an authorized representative, follow the steps below):
    • Download and complete the form with all required information.
    • Ensure the form is signed by the owner of the application.
    • Scan the signed form and the Valid IDs of the owner and the representative.
    • Proceed with the Short Term or Special Permit application and upload the scanned file.

ONLINE APPLICATION:

  1. Pay your business tax. Steps can be seen here.
  2. File for the renewal online, either:
    • via the QC E-Services portal
    • via the QC E-Services Kiosks located at the Quezon CIty Hall Compound
  3. Among the list of services, select ‘Business One-Stop Shop’.
  4. Select ‘Apply for Mayor’s Permit (Business)’.
  5. Select ‘Submit Application Online’.
  6. Select ‘Renewal’.
  7. Input Mayor’s Permit Number and Business Tax Official Receipt of the current year.
  8. Submit all the requirements.
  9. Wait for notification via email to claim the renewed permit in-person, or have it delivered via a courier of choice.

Note: The online system is capable of auto-renewing a business permit if the establishment is compliant with all local regulatory requirements at the time of renewal.
