CITY TREASURER’S OFFICE
Filing a renewal application is required one (1) year from the issuance date of your permit.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Official Receipt (machine validated) issued on the current year, from the City Treasurer’s Office
- Barangay Business Clearance (if already secured)
- Previous Business Permit
- Authorization Form (for application that will be processed by an authorized representative, follow the steps below):
- Download and complete the form with all required information.
- Ensure the form is signed by the owner of the application.
- Scan the signed form and the Valid IDs of the owner and the representative.
- Proceed with the Short Term or Special Permit application and upload the scanned file.
ONLINE APPLICATION:
- Pay your business tax. Steps can be seen here.
- File for the renewal online, either:
- via the QC E-Services portal
- via the QC E-Services Kiosks located at the Quezon CIty Hall Compound
- Among the list of services, select ‘Business One-Stop Shop’.
- Select ‘Apply for Mayor’s Permit (Business)’.
- Select ‘Submit Application Online’.
- Select ‘Renewal’.
- Input Mayor’s Permit Number and Business Tax Official Receipt of the current year.
- Submit all the requirements.
- Wait for notification via email to claim the renewed permit in-person, or have it delivered via a courier of choice.
Note: The online system is capable of auto-renewing a business permit if the establishment is compliant with all local regulatory requirements at the time of renewal.
