How to Apply for an Occupational (Work) Permit

REQUIREMENTS:

SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS:

For first time job seeker:
- PESO Certificate
For People in Security Positions:
- DPOS Clearance (Department of Public Order and Safety)

For Entertainers, GRO, Massage Therapist:
- Yellow Card (Quezon City Health Department)

For Foreign Applicant:
- Alien Employment Permit (AEP, Department of Labor and Employment)

For Minor Applicant:
- Parental Consent
- Valid ID of Legal Guardian
- Birth Certificate of Applicant

For Child Under 15 years old:
- Working Child’s Permit from Department of Labor and Employment
- Requirements for Minor (see above)

ONSITE APPLICATION PROCESS:

Submit all required documents and application form to the Occupational Permits Section of the Business Permits and Licensing Department office located at the Ground Floor of Civic Center Building A at Quezon City Hall.
Proceed to the Miscellaneous Counter at the City Treasurer’s Office and present the original order of payment.
Pay the corresponding fee ranging from P20.00 – P170.00 and receive the official receipt.
Present OR to the Occupational Permits Section Personnel at the Business Permits and Licensing Department and claim the Occupational Permit.

ONLINE APPLICATION:

For a more convenient application process, another option is to log into QC E-Services and access the Occupational (Work) Permit Button.
Fill up the online Application Form and upload all necessary documents. Submit application form for evaluation.
You may pay the Occupational Permit Fee via QC Pay Easy with payment methods such as credit card or Pay Maya E-Wallet, or you may transfer funds from BPI, RCBC, Robinson’s Bank, or Union Bank.
