The Local Government of Quezon City through the QC Small Business and Cooperatives Development Promotions Office launched the Pangkabuhayan QC for Out-of-School Youth to help them start their own business.

These kids who were unable to graduate will be trained under the Be Your Own Boss (BYOB) to gain knowledge on entrepreneurship and will be given capital under the program.
