The PANGKABUHAYANG QC is a livelihood and financial assistance program set-up by the Quezon City Government through its Small Business and Cooperative Development and Promotions Office aimed at helping and supporting the growth of QCitizens business. 

A cash assistance amounting from Php 10,000 to Php 20,000 is distributed by phases and batches to thousands of approved beneficiaries that will contribute to the initial capital of their planned business.They will also receive training from partner agencies. 

PANGKABUHAYANG QC will assist the following:

• Displaced/resigned employees
• Micro-entrepreneurs & vendors (below P250,000 capitalization)
• PWD
• Laid-off OFW
• Unemployed Solo Parent

The program was initially created to accommodate those severely affected QCitizen by the COVID-19 pandemic.
