The city government of Quezon City has partnered with the Philippine Fashion Coalition, the Fashion Accessory Makers of the Philippines and the Quezon City Jail Female Dormitory to launch the POP QC KOLAB.

The partnership aims to connect Quezon City’s local community artisans with the local fashion designers to help the former showcase their talents and promote their products. With the partnership, the local government also aims to provide additional livelihood to the city’s micro entrepreneurs, sewing communities and the city’s Persons Deprived of Liberty (PDL).
