The Quezon City Government provides senior citizens and persons with disability (PWDs) an opportunity to work in business establishments with the implementation of Special Employment Program spearheaded by the QC Persons with Disability Affairs Office (PDAO) and Public Employment Service Office (PESO) in partnership with Jollibee Foods Corporation (JFC).

Under the program, the selected applicants go through orientation, psychological assessments and comprehensive training on work ethics to ensure their readiness before they are deployed in various JFC-owned stores including Jollibee, Chowking, Greenwich, and Burger King branches. 

The Special Employment Program is part of the city’s goal to promote inclusivity and create a community with an equal opportunity for all QCitizens including PWDs and senior citizens.
