The Quezon City Government has set up QCitizen Watch where QC residents can report establishments that disregard the minimum health protocols set by Inter-Agency Task Force for the Management of Emerging Infectious Diseases (IATF) and the city government.

The Quezon City website via the QCitizen Watch is accepting complaints regarding erring businesses that violate health protocols for appropriate action. Reports will be treated with strict confidentiality.

Residents are encouraged to be mindful for possible violations such as exceeding the establishment’s capacity limit, lack of social distancing, the non-wearing of face masks and face shields, as well as drinking beyond allowable hours, and drinking in public places.

The participation of residents is crucial especially now that the city government has permitted the conduct of mall sales, bazaars, tiangges and similar activities to help revitalize the economy. Residents can visit the city’s official website (quezoncity.gov.ph) in the People’s Corner Section. Registration (for new users) and log-in (for existing users)  will be necessary.
