The vocational course is 3-month community-based training (quarterly) conducted from Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon or 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- All out-of-school youth and unskilled adults who are interested to acquire the skills to be used for wage or self-employment
- High school graduates for those who are interested to enroll in the 3-month courses and high school level to those interested in 1-day training but know how to read and write
- Organized groups or Association from different sectors like:
- Solo Parents Association
- Person with Disabilities and families
- Daycare Parents Association
- Homeowners Association
- Children in Conflict with the law
REQUIREMENT:
- Request Letter
PROCESS:
- Submit the Request Letter to Social Services Development Department located at Building E. Quezon City Hall Compound or log in at QC E-Services.
- The SSDD worker will coordinate with the requesting party to discuss the complete details of the training either through home visitation, response letter, or e-mail.
- Trainees must attend the classes for 3 months (240) hours to complete the course and will receive the Certificate of Completion after the training.
