CITY TREASURER’S OFFICE

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Tax Declaration from the Office of the City Assessor
  • Latest official receipt of Real Property Tax (RPT)
  • Title
  • Real Property Tax Credit Application Form

ONLINE PAYMENT:

  1. Register or Log-in to QC E-Services.
  2. Choose ‘RPT Payment (Amilyar)’ from the available services.
  3. Enter and search the Tax Declaration Number (TDN) and verify the owner’s name.
    • If your TDN is not included, email us at rptpayment@quezoncity.gov.ph to have it added.
  4. If there are multiple TDN entries, select each one and click ‘Add to Cart’.
  5. Review the items in ‘My Cart’.
  6. Click ‘Proceed to Payment’ and verify the total amount to be paid by clicking ‘Yes’.
  7. Select your preferred payment method and settle the required amount.
  8. Email the photo of proof of payment and reference slip to rptpayment@quezoncity.gov.ph.
  9. Wait at least 2-3 business days to receive a photo of the computerized Official Receipt (OR) via your registered email.
  10. Collect the original Official Receipt.
    • Via Pick-up Person:
      • You or your authorized representative may pick up the original OR. (email us the name of the representative).
      • Location – Online Payment, 3rd Floor, City Treasurer’s Office, Annex Building, Quezon City Hall.
      • Time – From Monday to Friday, during office hours.
    • Via Courier Service:
      • You need to book the courier service yourself.
      • Email us a photo of your courier service transaction along with the name of the courier agent.
      • Provide the courier agent with a printout or photo of the attached Official Receipt.

NOTE: You can pay your future taxes even without the original Official Receipt.

MANUAL/ ONSITE PAYMENT:

  1. Proceed to the Taxpayer’s Payment Lounge at the City Treasurer’s Office located at the City Hall Compound or to any of the official Payment Centers across the city.
  2. Proceed to the Assessment Clerk and present the latest official receipt and tax declaration or title to get your current assessment.
  3. Receive the printed RPT bill and present it at the assigned counter or at the Taxpayer’s Payment Lounge.
  4. Settle the required amount.

MANUAL/ ONSITE PAYMENT (FOR DELINQUENT TAXPAYERS):

  1. Proceed to the Delinquent Taxpayer Section at the City Treasurer’s Office located at the City Hall Compound.

General Information

1. What is Quezon City Real Property Tax?

Real Property Tax (RPT) is a levy on real properties, such as land, buildings, machineries and other improvements affixed or attached to real properties not specifically exempted under the law. It accrues on the 1st of January and is payable in one or four equal installments.

RPT installment payments must be made on or before the end of each quarter, making the first installment due on or before March 31.

2. What is a Tax Declaration Number?

A Tax Declaration Number is given by the City Assessor’s Office to customers once registration of property under their name is approved–either new property or transfer of property. This number may be easily seen in the taxpayer’s previous years’ receipts.

During assessment and payment, customer will be asked to enter their Tax Declaration Number (11 alphanumeric code including the dash).

1. Why should I have my Quezon City property tax assessed before paying it?

This is to ensure that you are paying the right current balance of your Q.C. Real Property Tax.

2. What details are shown in my assessment that will confirm I entered the correct Tax Declaration Number (TDN)?

Once the subscriber confirms the assessment of their Quezon City Real Property Tax, they will receive the following details:

  1. Current quarter balance and end-of-year balance of their Quezon City Real Property Tax
