The Quezon City Government through the City Veterinary Department (CVD) has purchased several pound trucks to strengthen its rescue operations capabilities.
Rescued animals will then be brought to the Quezon City Animal Pound and will be trained as community service dogs, emotional support pets or be made available for adoption.
