The Quezon City Government, through the City Civil Registry Department, has launched the online civil registry service in the QC E-Services portal.

With this, citizens can now request for documents such as birth certificate, death certificate, and marriage license online.

The portal also addresses issues of late and unregistered birth registrations in the city.

The online registration process makes it more convenient for applicants, eliminating the need to go back and forth to the city hall. Applicants only need to send the required documents through the QC eServices for verification by the City Civil Registry Department. The applicant will be notified when the document is ready for pick-up.

The service is available 24/7 and features real-time tracking and an email notification system.
