The City Government has launched its Basuhero Program through the QC Task Force on Solid Waste Management.

The QCBasuhero a ‘house-to-house’ recycling trading program roving around the different subdivisions of Quezon City.  Recyclable materials accepted are papers, bottles, scrap metals and plastics.

Participants earn cash which they can use as they please.
