The Housing Community Development and Resettlement Department (HCDRD) aims to provide every QCitizen with safe, comfortable, and affordable housing programs. - Healthcare Programs
The Quezon City Health Department (QCHD) continues to prioritize every QCitizen’s health and health needs. - Sustainable Programs
The Climate Change and Environmental Sustainability Department (CCSD), together with Joy of Urban Farming (JOUF), has launched multiple sustainable programs to primarily mitigate hunger and provide livelihoods. - QC Champions LGBTQIA+
The Gender and Development Council Office (GAD) organizes programs that protect the rights of all QCitizens against Sexual Orientation and Gender Identity Expression (SOGIE) discrimination and prevent gender-based violence in QC. - Financial Assistance Programs
The Social Services Development Department (SSDD) has strengthened the city government’s financial and social welfare assistance programs for QCitizens, giving great importance to senior citizens, Persons with Disability (PWD), and solo parents. - Livelihood Programs
The Small Business and Cooperatives Development and Promotions Office (SBCDPO), along with the Social Services Development Department (SSDD) and the Office of the City Mayor (OCM), has established numerous livelihood programs that provide opportunities and support for micro and macro businesses of QCitizen entrepreneurs. - Social Services Programs
The Social Services Development Department creates social services programs that initiate digital transformation efforts to provide more accessible services and additional assistance to different sectors. - QC Cares for Elders
The city government ensures senior citizens have adequate support and services for their needs. - No Woman Left Behind Program
Through the Gender and Development Council Office (GAD)’s No Woman Left Behind Program, the city’s Persons Deprived of Liberty (PDL) were given access to healthcare, education, and livelihood during and after detention. - Kanlungan Para sa Lahat
The city government, through the joint efforts of the Social Services Development Department (SSDD), the Gender and Development Council Office (GAD), and the Quezon City Kabahagi Center for Children with Disabilities, has established shelter and protection programs that provide residence to QCitizens from various sectors who require shelter. - QC Services Caravans
The city government, through QC Services Caravans led by the six (6) District Action Offices, brings basic local government services closer to every QCitizen. - Economic Development
Spearheaded by the Business Permits and Licensing Department (BPLD), Market Development and Administration Department (MDAD), and Local Economic Development and Investment Promotions Office (LEDIPO), Quezon City continues to be a Business-friendly city with the constant development and provision of easier applications for various services and certifications for businesses. - Pet-friendly City
The city continues its commitment to being a pet-friendly city with the help of the QC Animal Care and Protection Center, Quezon City Veterinary Department (QCVD), and Quezon City Animal Care and Adoption Center, which rescues, takes care of, and rehomes fur babies. - Learning Kits, Learning Devices, Quezon City University, and School Infrastructure Projects
The Quezon City government, through the Quezon City Education Affairs Unit (QCEAU), Quezon City University (QCU), and Schools Division Office – QC (SDO-QC), backs parents and teachers with support, ensuring that quality education is provided to QCitizen students. - QCitizen ID and QC E-Services

The city government, through the Quezon City Citizen Services Department (QCCSD), and the Quezon City Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (QC DRRMO), guarantees the safety and protection of every QCitizen, focusing on a quicker emergency response and further development of the system to be able to act on the challenges brought by calamities and crimes.
